The Choir Director: Marie-Hélène CASPAR Doctor of Literature and University Professor, Marie-Hélène Caspar teaches literature and studies of modern Italian civilization at the University of Paris X - Nanterre. Marie-Hélène has specialized in the works of Italian writer Dino Buzzati. She has published several books and articles about Italian writers of the 20th century. She is the director of a workshop and of a magazine about the contemporary Italian novel. In the music domain, Marie-Hélène has attended vocal classes with Janine Tavernier at the Claye-Souilly Music School and was trained in Choir direction by Philippe Caillard. She has been the director of the Claye Vocale Choir since 1986.
